Q:Does the Hartwell chandeliers and pendants have longer wires so we can extend the chain for high ceilings

A:  Hello David and thank you for your inquiry, The Hartwell 32-5/8 in. 15-Light Chandelier is prewired with 15 feet of wire and would not feature the ability to be extended further. The fixture is supplied with 6 feet of 9 gauge chain and we offer additional 10 foot sections of chain in Graphite if you would like to make up the additional footage of wire to meet the needs of your space. The additional chain section would be offered under model number P8757-143. Thank You.

        Q:Are the bulbs Warm White, Soft White, Amber or something else. Only received 14 bulbs in the order. Manufacturer does not provide the bulbs with this fixture. According to Progress Lighting bulbs included are a "special for Home Depot".

                A:  Hello, the chain can be shortened by using a chain cutter. You must use at least 2-3 links of chain for mounting. Thank you
