Q:Saw quits after a couple seconds when it contacts the wood. Liift it away and runs fine. Stops again after barely cutting. Chain is fine. Why?? My friends did this too.

Q:I am in the market for the RY405110 chainsaw, this one is endorsed by Consumer Report. I can only find one with a 5AH battery. CR recommends this chainsaw with a 8AH battery.

A: Yea you can find all of their stuff on website that you can navigate from Ryobi. But that website is half baked, parts list don't work, search is terrible and even if you find it it will be out of stock I've been trying to buy a sprocket for 6 months

Q:The chains on both my 40V 14" Chainsaw and 10" pole saw have already stretched to the point where I cannot use them. bought an extra chain for each, can a Link be removed so I can keep using them or do I have to keep buying new chains for both.
