Great tool, I've only used it once so far. The case it came with is great. Cuts quiet and seems to have plenty of power. My only complaint is I ordered one other 40v tool with 2 batteries and I wish I bought more batteries/chargers because they take a while to charge with the normal charger.

Awesome product!

The battery outlasted me. I got tired before the battery gave up. The chainsaw itself will do anything my Husqvarna 20” Rancher will do. My only criticism is that It seems as thought the chain could be better. Stretched alot faster than a new chain on my Husqv. Much quieter. Gotta keep an eye on the oil, it doesn’t run out of gas for a reminder.

Easy to Use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very very happy with the hedge trimmers by Ryobi. Being a widow in my sixties helping to care for the property where I live, the trimmer is light enough for me to handle and to use even when I have to hold up high. Being able to rotate the trimmer to trim the side of hedges is also extremely helpful. I would recommend to anyone, even women, who need a product that performs and has excellent product design and easy to handle. Now to improve my skills of trimming!

Lightweight Power

Run time on larger logs is very short. I was hoping for more but overall it’s a decent saw for a homeowner that doesn’t cut a lot of big trees/logs.

Tighten the NUTS that hold the BAR and CHAIN!
This is a very powerful saw. So before you do anything with it Torque the nuts on your saw that holds the BAR and CHAIN on. I did not and the saw kicked back and messed up the bar tension screw, because the bar came back hard. I have scented fixed it. It is all the saw you can want, the battery is well suited to the saw as well. I have a 18" gas saw and It has nothing on this one.

Ryobi has done it again! I was thrilled to see that they were stepping up with a 20 inch chainsaw. Just tried it our yesterday on a LOT of downed big tree limbs and this chainsaw went through it all with no effort or hesitation. The whole family was impressed and it made fast easy work out of a big job.
