Q:While trimming, if i let the trimmer turn off by releasing the handle to move to another part of yard or because my arm is tired, each time i start the trimmer it advances & cuts off part of line when not necessary. Is this normal seems to waste line?

To prevent this you can slowly keep the trigger depressed to keep it spinning to avoid releasing extra line. I hope this helps!
