A:  Hi! Our 20-lb bags are roughly 0.25 cubic feet.

A:  Natural stones can absorb, store, and radiate heat.

A:  All rocks especially dark color ones, will absorb sun rays into heat. Will be too hot to walk upon by bare paws? . . . unknown - assume dog would not walk on anything that hurt their paws.

A:  Not at all, they actually stay cool, I have two dogs. 

A:  These pebbles are coated with a SunShield polish. We can not guarantee safety for use in aquariums or ponds.

A:  Yes, they can be perfect for a fish pond. If you'll be keeping fish in your pond, it's important to use smooth or rounded stones so the fish aren't injured on sharp corners. The best kind of rock to use is granite, sandstone or slate.

A:  Each 20lbs bag will cover approximately 2.8 sq ft at 1 inch depth. 48 inches x 3 inches would equal 1 sq ft. One bag should cover your project with some stones left over.

A:  One 20lbs bag will cover approximately 1.5 sq ft. , for 15 sq ft you would need about 10 bags.

A:  As environmental conditions vary, we can not guarantee the polish will reduce or inhibit moss growth. However, as the stones are polished and not porous, there will be less surface area for any moss to grow on.
