A:  Hello, Rinnai recommends electricity be supplied from 120 VAC, 60 Hz power source and is in a properly grounded circuit. The appliance, when installed, must be in accordance with local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, or the Canadian Electrical Code, CSA C22.1. A:  No. HD web site does not say if they are or are not. Rinnai CS said they are not. Rinnai CS said it is detailed on p. 5 of the owners manual. Really? A buyer has to read the installation manual to tell what's in the box! Plus this is a 2015 made unit .

A:  I am not sure of what you mean by circulator. If you are referring to a pump, no it is not included. --Tashay
