A: Thank you for your interest in our products! The FastTrack Garage 15.3 in. W x 9.4 in. D Small Metal Shelf will not work on the FastTrack Wall Panel, it will only work on the FastTrack Rail System.

A: the instructions included are very easy to follow and they give a couple of options for mounting I recommend that you use the uprights so the shelf has some room from the track system however it will mount on the track system like the hooks.
