A:  The kit comes with a 25 meter cable.

A:  Although the Starlink cable conforms to RJ45 standards, we do not recommend modifying your cable or combining it with another cable to add length as we cannot guarantee the quality of service. Additionally, the Starlink cable provides a water-resistant protective seal with a locking mechanism, and is power rated specifically to the Starlink kit, therefore we do not recommend using any 3rd party cables as it may cause water damage to your Starlink. Any damages to your Starlink Kit caused by the above may void your Starlink warranty. Use at your own risk. We advise you to check out the Starlink Shop for additional cable length options that might be better suited for your Starlink setup.

A:  Your Starlink Kit includes everything you need to connect to the internet including your Starlink, WiFi router/power supply, cables, and base. Based on your specific installation needs, additional mounts and accessories are available for purchase on the Starlink Shop once your Starlink Kit is ready to ship. A:  You can check your locations availability at anytime by going to Starlink.com/map and entering in the desired address.

A:  The Starlink Kit is designed for self-install. Starlink does not perform installations directly, however, Starlink maintains a list of recommended third-party installers in France, Italy, Germany, and Switzerland here. If you are not located close to a recommended third-party installer, we have had customers find success working with contractors in their local area that have experience with roof and external wall installations. Everything else for getting online, the Starlink will do automatically (boot up, connect, find satellites).
