Starlink is overall the best device if you do not have access to fiber internet or need the internet speed on the go. For work, for gaming, for streaming, overall did not let me down. Easy to set up and get started on service. For almost a month, service had been getting better and the speeds keep rising. Remember though, if you live near the equator, you will have a blank spot on your satellite. Not sure if that affects speed but hopefully it will get faster and less ping and they find a work around that which I’m sure they will. I had no problems with shipping with home depot. The best alternative other than shopping on the Starlink site. Santa Rita, GU - AP

Simple install. Works as it should. Best service for our rural area.

Unboxed and very easy set up.

We live in a rural area and our only choice previously has been AT&T fixed internet which is a dish pointed at a cell tower. AT&T speed on a good day was 35 mbps. Starlink ranges 100-150 mbps! Only disadvantage is heavy rain which drops the Starlink to less than 10 mbps. Had nearly a week but Very satisfied so far. Took Home Depot 2 weeks to deliver it.

We're in a 'no cell service' area in Montana. Reception has been a significant improvement over T-Mobile Home & Verizon. We had both so monthly cost, of Starlink is about the same. I picked up Starlink receiver at the Home Depot a month ago. Setup was easy. No real experience with Starlink customer service, which is rumored as lacking, so I would have rated that as average. Home Depot Customer Service, at pick-up, was reasonably average (slow).

Starlink is awesome. But Home Depot did not put the kit # or I’d number on the shipping label which made activation difficult. CS was a great help.

It works. Especially in places there is no other options. The speeds here in NorCal are not any better than 5G home cellular. But it does work where others can't.

The product works just fine. The set up is awkward. It would help a great deal if the Purchase and Setup were explained in the advertising as two different sets of activities on two different websites. In remote areas without street addresses, the format for location does not handle the map codes well.

So far so good although installation instructions could have been better.

What a huge difference then using cellular in my RV

It's enabled me to have a higher speed intranet in an area where my intranet was very slow.

Outstanding product and fast delivery from Home Depot. Easy set up and super fast internet speed. I have it set up in our camper near a Delaware beach it’s seasonal so I went with the Roam plan so I can pause service for the months the campground is closed over winter

Was a little easy to assemble. But had to pay an extra $120 for activation/ service again… they don’t mention that during purchase… had to set up an up on my phone before activation. No phone numbers on the package to call for help. Other than that . It internet is fast on more then 10 devices ..

Easy set up, it took a minute to figure it out

Got the Starlink and j pole but it did not come with pole mount for Starlink. Very disappointed that they sell both but not the mount to connect to the J pole.

Worked great right out of the box. Zero issues getting this equipment up and running.

Our standard wifi by way of a coaxial cable was problematic and kept dropping the service. We decided to install a Starlink and we have not been disappointed. I plan on purchasing a second one for travel. Great service.

Best high speed internet we ever had with no data limits We live in a Rural area of Doddridge County WV with no Cell service for 32 years now finally super high speed internet!
