A:  This lock does not have auto lock. If the interior thumb turn is vertical the lock is locked horizonal the lock is unlocked.

A:  Yes, you can change the user codes on your lock. We would recommend visiting our website to obtain the user guide.

A:  The keypad holds up to 19 codes at a time. We recommend performing a reset on the lock first to restore to factory mode then following the steps from the user guide to add your new codes. A:  The electronic locks are suitable for use on exterior facing doors however they are not suitable for use on exterior gates where both sides are exposed to the outdoor elements.
