A:  The inner dimensions are not available but the overall measurements are 96.2 x 46.6 x 15.5 inches.

A:  It is 14" across top-center of bottom support pipes. It seems that much of the store cut firewood is also around that size. That is why I kept mine in bags. There is no easy modification to the hardware since the joining plates at the bottom are considerably lower than the support stand pipes which are also curving. Just throwing a helper span in between only makes other problems.

A:  the rails are a good 16" apart and round so anything that doesn't span at least that distance falls through. I solved my problem by standing up a couple of short pieces on one end - i didn't have a lot of wood to stack, and my logs hadn't been split. they were remnants of a maple tree i had removed.

A:  Hi John, The rack is 49'7" wide x 15'5" deep. As long as the wood is not under 15'5" long it will fit on the rack. Thank you

A:  No, you have to have larger pieces of wood on the bottom. I did this, and have my smaller pieces stacked on top of the larger pieces. It is not a big issue.

A:  only if you were to put some heavy hardware cloth (screen) down first to span the gap

A:  Short logs will fall through. Some of my old wood was a little too short as I had cut it for a small patio fire pit. I lined the bottom of the rack with my longer pieces and then stacked the short stuff. I now cut my logs a little longer.

A:  Just place 16" or longer wood on the bottom row, and you can load your shorter pieces of 14" or less on top.

A:  The width of this product is 15.5" so it would not work with wood cut less then this. Thank you

A:  no you must provide your own wood

A:  Yes. And a wood burning stove in which to burn it. Home Depot will also send out a mason to build you a fireplace, a brick oven, and a fire pit. And you will receive your own personal lumberjack to cut down trees and buck and split the logs.

A:  wishful thinking, you have to go out and buy that....

A:  This firewood rack does not come with wood.

A:  The best size Firewood rack for a 1/2 cord of wood is the 8ft firewood rack.

A:  6-8 ft...

A:  That of course depends on how small your firewood is chopped. I was able to put a full cord of quartered firewood,on my 12 ft firewood rack.

A:  Just purchased two ShelterLogic 12 ft. Firewood Racks with Covers....It holds 3/4 of a cord.....That's not 3 to 4 cords....but almost 1 full cord

A:  There are bolts. I don't know the gage, but I loaded it up and it is very sturdy.

A:  This is 18 gauge steel and it is bolted.

A:  I believe you can, but for the money, I'd go with a blue tarp and either cut it or fold it. You'll wind up with something a little more "sturdy", for less money, if not the same.
