poorly manufactured
Pieces are theoretically interchangeable but nowhere near aligned. After two attempts to loosen and retighten i still cant get this thing straight and not so bent out of shape that it doesnt drop wood down the middle. Disappointing

Not happy with it! 1) was missing a part … & not a stable unit ! Fell over after stacked& yes .. I know how to stack!! Everything tight .. yet twisted a bit to fall … cover not long enough… hence my staring z!!

Hope it holds up well
Quality control on the paint job was missing. One of the tubes had a 3 inch by 3 inch spot missing paint. Makes one wonder about the overall quality, especially given the cost. Since we just got it i cant say how long it will last.

Strong, Secure & Good Looking!
This is a great firewood rack. We wanted a lower height to better blend with our our homes exterior. We purchased two of these. Assembly is simple, easy and the instructions are formatted well. The cover fits well and is secure. Shortly after we put wood in them we had terrible a terrible storm with very high winds and rain. The firewood stayed dry and the covers securely on. I cannot say that about everything else we had outside, lol. I am ordering a third one today.

leg broke within 2 days
Bought this to store my firewood, assembled on Sunday, loaded it on Tuesday and on Thursday wole up to the wood on the floor. One of the legs holding it together cave in.

Easy to put together and looks nice when full of...
Easy to put together and looks nice when full of wood. Lots of reviews said wood fell between the bars so I was a little worried about this happening, but I did not have an issue. The 12 foot model fits about one and a quarter face cords of wood.

Rack Width
The price seemed reasonable, it appears to be well built. The issue is the width. Wood suppliers who sell in bulk cut 16" lengths. That length does not stack on the rack. I had to go to Home Depot and buy a sheet of 3/4" plywood and 2 12' 2 x 4s to modify. That was an additional $101.43 If you are cutting your own wood I suggest minimum of 17" or even 18 " lengths.

Rack dimensions
The reason I give this product a low rating is because bulk wood suppliers only sell 1 length 16 inches. The Shelter Logic base is too wide.
I had to go back to Home Depot today and spend an additional $102 for some 3/4" plywood and some 2 x 4s to modify the base so the wood would stack.
If you're cutting your own wood, it needs to be 18 inches to stack without modification.

Worth the money
We bought something similar to this that cost close to $100 more and it didn't come with a cover. In my opinion it's the exact same thing plus this comes with a cover. Went together easy and it's very sturdy
