Q:Can this be wired using conduit? I want to put it on a finished brick wall (no box) and wire it using conduit coming from above.

A: Yes, yes, yes. As you describe your planned installation, it will work. Or, you can drill through the brick and wire from the back. Harbor Freight has a set of masonry drill bits that will do the job. Cheap but this is a one time use.

Q:is this a Ip65 light? I need dust proof for barn stalls.

A: The instructions and box say nothing about an IP65 rating, so I believe the answer is "no". However, this may be because the manufacturer hasn't had the light tested. I have had several of these installed in exposed locations for 4+ years and they seal very well against the weather. The light has high-quality rubber seals on all openings (including on the glass "jar" that covers the bulb) and there's no sign of water penetration after even the heaviest storms.

A: Although this has not been specifically tested for IP65, it is UL rated which is rated for outdoor use.
