The round base that you fix to the wall also has what looks like threaded plugs on the top/bottom & left/right positions, & you would just attach the part that threads into the base on the end of your conduit.

A:  There are two screws near the top of the cage, set diagonally upwards. You loosen these set screws and turn the cage a quarter turn to the left and it slips off. The glass jar can then be unscrewed.
