A:  This door weighs 40lbs. A hollow core door is a composite door. If you are looking for a solid core you could look at solid core doors for a heavier more durable door.

A:  From the top down: 9", 38-1/4", 67-1/2". The hinges are 3-1/2".

A:  You can install on old Jamb. Main thing to make sure is that the hinges line up from the old door and Jamb.

A:  If it is the same exact door? Shouldn't be a problem at all. Just put at least one long screw in each hinge into the jamb.

A:  You need to cutout hinges. Make sure lockset cut out lines up

A:  you will need to determine if hinge cutout and bore location match you old jamb

A:  The door jamb is made of composite material.

A:  Paint grade primed wood. I assume pine because that is what the grain feels like.
