    A:  We can not paint door at the factory. I you want a door is painted, you can take a look at our Regency (Model# 552299) and Legacy (Model# 552936) doors, they have paint options. Thank you.

      Q:I am installing this myself, but the instructions are a little confusing... How do I attach the fixed side with the pet door to my rough opening? The instructions only show screwing from the mull to the latch side of the door which leaves 1/2 of the unit unattached.

          A:  I paid $50 for one of Home Depot’s installers to come to my house and tell me it couldn’t be done. I purchased it, had it delivered and installed it myself. No reframing or anything unusual. Fit just fine. They also misplaced it, took about 2 months to be delivered.
