A:  Toledo's customer service was great when I first bought the lock. Unfortunately, my remotes quit working and cannot be re-programmed. After calling and leaving several messages, I gave up on them. If your remotes quit working, don't bother getting new ones, unless they're free. Home Depot should stop selling these, if they haven't already.
