A:  I would say roughly about three. Some tiles have a slight brush of a pattern, others are patterned somewhat heavy and others are in between heavy with moderate parts of white exposure.

A:  I didn’t use bullnose, I simply created a beveled edge with my grout knife using grout. There is a very basic grey or white bullnose available that might look nice. You could also use the Carrara Marble Dome Trim Wall Tile. It can be pricey, but I considered it because the tile was very economical. Good luck and happy home improving!
