Q:I saw that it said to use this on sealed flooring - but I want to use this to seal the flooring (peel and stick tile). Do I have to caulk the seams or something before using this? Thanks!! :-)

A:  Hello, This is a water-based product and should not be used on unsealed/unfinished flooring, as it can cause lifting/swelling. If you choose to use this product after your floors have been sealed, we recommend testing in a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure desired results. Thanks, The Trewax Team

    A:  This is specifically made to seal non porous vinyl flooring. Peel and stick and otherwise. If you have grout between your tiles, you will need to seal the grout first as the grout is porous. The gentleman from the Trewax team should be fired.
