Q:Does the drain parts come included or they need to be bought separately?On the description in not clear.

A:  Thank you for your inquiry Gerardo. The VIGO VG01041MBK1 is the faucet and deck plate. The matching pop-up drain is not included and would need to be purchased separately.

    Q:The instructions say to remove the aerator but dont show you how, if i remove will that improve pressure?

    A:  We are sorry to hear about the issue with your VIGO bathroom faucet. The VG01041 faucet does not have an aerator. The flow rate for this faucet should be at 1.2gpm. if the flow rate is lower than the 1.2gpm, please contact our Product Support at 866-591-7792, option 2.

      A:  Thank you for choosing VIGO for your bathroom needs. We have a deck plate that his the width that is needed. Normally this is for a kitchen faucet. The deck plate model is VG17001ST.
