A: Make sure the drain is not leaking, this could cause the tub to move due to the moisture under it.
If the connection is good, apply a bead of silicone caulk around the entire base, allow it to set over night before using the tub again. If that fails to solve the problem, have the original installer return to correct the problem.

Q:How do I adjust the drain stopper to seal the tub? My newly installed unit won’t seal correctly even with the stopper fully tightened.
