The overflow drain on tub is defective. This appears to be a faulty design that is not properly vented, as the overflow drain will air lock as the tub fills, which will allow it to overflow. If you open the bottom drain on a full tub, the overflow drain will bubble briefly, then begin to work properly. Unfortunately this tub is an accident waiting to happen. Better have good homeowners’ insurance! We returned ours once the defect was discovered.

Tub looked great in the bath but after an overnight test with water in it we woke to a puddle on our brand new floor. Needless to say we were not happy. We had to contract the manufacturer and schedule a time for them to pick up the tub which obviously has a small hole in it. Now we are waiting for the return to be completed so we can repurchase the tub then schedule our contractor to come back and reinstall. Kinda a pain. Here’s to hoping the new tub doesn’t leak.

Though we don't have the tub installed yet, the plumber placed the tub in it's place to work on the drain. I love the look of this tub and can't wait to see the whole room finished.

The tub is nice and roomy, deep enough to have the water cover your entire body, looks great, lightweight yet sturdy, the only thing I would change as I did, upgrade it and you will never have an issue , the one supplied is kinda flimsy.

I've installed 2 of these and will never buy another. The drain parts are cheap and break that will cause damage within 1-2 years of using the tub. The drainage parts are plastic and brittle. The tub may look modern and nice but it's very light weight with faulty drainage parts. I would recommended not buying this and spending an extra $500 to buy a name brand that is more durable.

How do you tighten the nut to avoid leaks when the told is installed or is the only way to open up your ceiling below the tub and do that? I have called a few times and it goes straight to voice mail. Also, my installer is having problems putting it in. It would be great to talk be able to talk to someone. Or if you can arrange for a Home Depot installer to come out and resolve this.

We really like the look and engineering of this tub. The built in overflow makes installation easy, and the drain was very good quality. We went with the 59" which allowed us room around the perimeter and for the roman faucet to not protrude too far into the tub. Make sure that you adjust the legs so that the tub doesn't wobble, this will take a couple of attempts. I had to set the tub myself, so I put straps around it to provide me the handles that I needed to sight the drain...this made it much easier.

This freestanding tub exceeded our expectations beautiful finish all the specs were in line for our installation We did although replace plumbing below the drain as was indicated by other reviews. Definitely recommend this tub for a beautiful freestanding tub option!

I brought this bath tub online for my remodel. The tub looks great but is very light and scratches easily. The price was reasonable but had I known it was so light weight I would’ve paid more for a heavier tub.

This tub looks incredible. Good price for the value. On a negative side, the tub drain is triggered by pushing it…. To stop drainage and push again to drain. It is impossible to take a bath without hitting it multiple times and the water starts to drain. The sides are extremely high, I’m 5’4” so getting in and out is a challenge; not recommended for elderly.

The tub look elegant in the master bathroom. The drain flange design makes this tub very difficult to install. A pro installed the tub. Our family used the tub less than 12 times when the ultra cheap drain hose split and leaked. In addition, the threaded collar on the bottom of the drain cracked. So our plumber pulled the tub, acquired a difficult-to-find flex hose. If I could give it a Zero star review I would. It ended being very expensive, time consuming and frustrating to install this tub.

The bath tub looks modern and nice but the free drain came free in the box very poor quality it was broken and caused a huge leak in the first floor ceiling Contractor opened it used PVC closed it and fixed the ceiling The drainage is so bad and poor quality The inconvenience and money they caused me is not replaceable

The tub was was alright but the free moving drain was a problem and leaked a couple times and came lose. On it's own its quite risky especially if you have guests or airbnb etc. I had to install a proper drain but since then its been amazing. The tub is also quite beautiful.

This tub is so stunning and looks beautiful in our master bath remodel. Home Depot is always so easy to work with. I recommend getting a new drain to install per other reviews. This is what we did from the start. Overall great.

The tub is exactly what we were looking for. Only issue was our plumber said theat the drain was 1.5” not 2” as stated on the specs sheet. But other than that, we love how it came out in our bathroom.

Installed, loved how it looks in our newly renovated bathroom. After first use, found leak stain on our first floor ceiling. Our contractors came out again, had to cut open our ceiling only to find a cracked drainage part that’s included with the tub, and they said it is too thin. Writing this review now as they are still fixing up our ceiling.

We have installed several of these tubs in our bathroom remodeling projects. They are decent Quilty tubs, our only negative is that we don’t use the flexible drain that comes with the tub.Its flimsy and made of thin material. Otherwise we have a high customer satisfaction rate with his tub.

The Bordeux tub fit our space perfectly. We are still under construction but the tub is in and looks great. My wife can't wait to soak in her new tub.

This tub is perfect for what we needed in our bathroom remodel. The space that we had was very limited and we wanted something attractive without looking too "small". This tub fit the bill! Gorgeous and functional. Easy install for my husband and I. Highly recommend!

The design is great. However, it has started coming apart at the edge and the purchase is within one year of the warranty. My plumber also stated the he isn't confident the drain will hold without leaking. Vanity Art will not warrant the defect. If you are considering a different product and manufacturer I would go that route. The customer service I have received has not been easy to work with. The price point for this tub is low and probably more than it should be given the quality.
