A: 64 bags per pallet
A: Our pallets had over just over 60 bags per pallet.
A: Thank you for your question. The Vigoro River Pebbles have 64 bags per pallet.
A: 64 bags per pallet
A: 64
A: 55 lbs per bag.
A: About 50lbs if I remember correctly. The description online does state the weight.
A: 48 lb
A: 48 Lbs according to the website.
A: Color was a little off. Still nice and it worked. Ray assisted me and he was in his 60’s. But looked like popey the sailor man. Great service
A: Yes
A: No... they will move with either "vigorous" hosing or even strong blowing from a leaf blower.
A: I have used my electric leaf blower on them and they stayed in place
A: My husband uses a rechargeable little blower to remove leaves around the plants and the pebbles stay in place. Vigorous hosing not sure.
A: Vigorous hosing? No. That will require an edge of your choice.
A: About 50 lbs
A: Worked out great
A: 50 lbs
A: About 40 lbs.
A: I'm not sure of the exact weight, but I had to move 80 bags from my driveway to my backyard today, and I would estimate each bag is between 40- 50 pounds.
A: Can't help with pH but the color of the onees I got were greyish white not brown like picture.
A: There is no pH noted on the Vigoro packaging....most rock are without a pH. I hope this helps.
A: When you bring up the item, just scroll down a bit and there's a calculator to help you out.
A: 88 bags
A: Based on 250 square feet I can only assume it may be 25' x 10 feet (2 feet deep) which translates to: 88 bags Home Depot has calculator on their site after you choose the item you are using.
A: You probably don't need this answer anymore, but in case anybody else sees this looking for the answer, I bought these today, and according to the bag you should take the square feet and multiple by 0.333 for 2" depth or 0.5 for 3" depth. For 240sqft, that would be about 8 bags, but that sounds like an awful lot to me. I'm in the middle of doing the entire side of my house, which is just over 1000 sqft, and according to their calculation that would require well over 300 bags. I originally bought 44 bags, which covered nearly 1/3 of the area (minus a couple 5x3 planting boxes on that side of the yard). I bought another 80 bags today. I'm fairly confident the 80 bags will cover the remaining part (there are a couple more planter boxes in the remaining section) will cover the rest of the side yard.
A: 240 sq ft x 2" = 40 sq ft x 12" or 40 cu ft. At 1/2 cu ft per bag you will need 80 bags and a truck to get it home in one trip. Also for most apps 2" is a little thin. 3" is preferred for coverage. That would require 120 bags.
A: They are a lot bigger than aquarium gravel but yes, since they're just rocks, they are safe!
A: No
A: I would not use the river rock for an aquarium.
A: I am not aware of any chemical on this product that is classified as a carcinogen.
A: Silica, which is what some or all of the rocks are actually composed of. It is inert, however breathing fine dust of this chemical is known by the state of cancer to cause California
A: I have brought over 75 bags of this beautiful product and plan on buying more.
A: Between 1/2 " and 1 1/2 "
A: Most of them from my bag were 1/2" and smaller!
A: You probably could if pavers are spaced out. I used pea gravel for mine but if you sort out the larger stones, these will work.
A: 1 to 3 inch
A: I had to measure the area then ask Home Depot they were very helpful
A: 108 bags
A: That depends on how thick of a layer. If you put it 12" thick you'ld need 195 cu ft or at 1/2 cu ft per bag, 390 bags. If you're using a thinner layer, say 3", then you would only need 3/12 or 1/4 of 390 bags or 98 bags.
