A:  The best route is to email us at help@VisionGrills.com. We have schematics of the Grills and their diagrams; including one showing the width of the grill with the dome open. The Professional S Series is 23.5 Inches wide. With the Dome (9.5 Inches) Open the Width is approximately 33 Inches wide.

A:  As long as the Lid and all Vents are closed you should not have a problem with mice. Please note, however, that this product has not been tested under any Mouseproof guidelines.

A:  All of our Kamados, regardless of color, have the same warranty. The Manufacturer Warranty: Limited Lifetime for all ceramic parts, 5-years for all metal Grill parts, 3-years for side shelves, handle and Gas Insert, 1-year for cover, temperature gauge and gasket, and 90-days for Bakelite tab and lava stone. Must register within 30-days of purchase. The Gas Insert has a 3 year warranty and must also be register within 30-days of purchase. A:  Yes, the trays fold down.

A:  Yes, both shelves fold down. They must be folded down to use the cover that comes with it.
