          A:  Great question! Your side tables can be easily removed for ease of transportation, if necessary. They should be reassembled onto the grill before use.               A:  Hi Angela, we appreciate your interest. The Spirit E-330 has a clearance (between the cooking grate and the lid) of 9.25 inches. Due to variations in the dimensions of each individual bird, the safest thing to do is to be in the supermarket so you can measure the turkey that you intend to cook.
