A: Thank you for your question. These screws are decorative. The fixture would require a neckless 2-1/4 inch fitter and needs to secure to a fixture with a threaded socket ring (sold separately).

A: The wall sconce would need to use a 2 1/4" fitter size shade and the sconce would also need to use a shade ring to hold the shade ring to the fixture.
