No, it is only amber and puts out s low yellowish light. Reminds me of the old original incandescent lights

This is considered a medium base bulb (standard base). If your ceiling fan sockets accept medium base bulbs then, yes. If the sockets accept candelabra base bulbs, then no.

What is the difference between an A19 bulb and an ST19 bulb? If A19 is recommended can I use these?
Yes, the bulbs will work in an a!( base.
The height of the bulb is different. The ST19 is 5.25"H and the A19 is 4"H. As long as your fixture is compatible with the light bulb specifications and the bulb fits in the fixture there should be no problem.
According to The Google, 19 is the diameter width of the bulb, in 1/8th inch units. So these two bulbs will be the same size at the fattest part. The A series is what you’re used to - standard shape. The ST series is tubular... so, taller. Both have the same screw base, so if this physically fits in your fixture then it’s compatible.
The A19 is an engergy saver bulb while the ST19 is made for a vintage look. Yes you can use either as long as the base is the same size and watage does not exceed receiver limit.
Please see the attached photo. The A19 is on the left and the ST19 is on the right. Not only is the shape and size different the filament is different also.

It's sort of amber but it's real light amber. The light it admits is not real yellow.
