    A:  Yes. Strip floor with Zep Heavy Duty Floor Stripper Concentrate to remove dirt, wax, and old sealer. Rinse floor twice and allow to dry, then apply two coats of Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer. Allow each coat to dry approximately 30-45 minutes, before applying Zep High -Traffic Floor Polish.         A:  When used as directed and maintained with Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner Concentrate, Zep Ready to use High Traffic Floor Polish provides a long-lasting clear gloss shine. Direct sunlight and harsh cleaners, such as bleach solutions should be avoided. Use a low-speed buffing machine with a red pad or ultra high-speed burnisher with a natural/beige pad to rejuvenate shine. Zep Ready to use High Traffic Floor Polish can be stripped and reapplied as needed.

              A:  It could be weather conditions, as it does affect how wax lays. Also making sure the surface you are waxing is clean and dry.
