A:  Thank you for your inquiry. This particular colorway is pearl white throughout the entire thing. The grey you are seeing is just the rug shag brushed in different directions.

A:  Hello Laurie, Thank you for your inquiry! No, this rug is not slippery to walk on despite it's name & look. And if you wanted to ensure this rug did not slide as there is no latex backing, I would recommend you purchase a Non-Slip rug pad to place beneath it to keep from shifting.

A:  Thank you for your inquiry!  Here are some helpful tips for cleaning and maintaining your shag rug:  Prior to vacuuming, turn the rug face down and gently shake it out to dislodge any dirt that may have gotten trapped deep within the fibers. Using a suction only attachment, vacuum in between individual rows on your rug.  Regular combing is also recommended; you can use a carpet rake or a regular wide-toothed comb.   Spot cleaning: Spills must be blotted immediately using a clean white cloth. Do not rub. Allowing a spill to set will make the stain more difficult to clean later, and rubbing can force the stain deeper into your rug's surface. Once you have finished cleaning the area, use clean, dry towels to wick away all moisture. Apart from regular home upkeep, we strongly recommend professional cleaning. A:  I was disappointed with the material the shag is made from. Don’t know how I can vacuum it.

A:  I am unsure if this rug was treated with chemicals as I do not have animals so it was not something that I looked into. Maybe the company directly could better answer this question

A:  There are certain vacuums that are made to be used for a shag carpet.
