A:  The rug I received was 9x12, it’s great quality and I didn’t find any of the problems some people mentioned- dirt, poor quality, etc. There is a bit of an odor when you unwrap it, I vacuumed both sides and let it air out for several days. I also recommend a rug liner.

A:  Terrible rug. Does not keep its shape, sheds, and could not be cleaned once my dog had an accident. Discolors after any type of cleaning. Smells. I was absolutely disappointed and ended up buying a replacement after two months.

A:  I tried cleaning a spill. I used soap and water. It faded the color where I cleaned. It might work better on the off white or natural color. I have the grey green one.

A:  Thank you for your inquiry. Here is a helpful guide for maintaining your natural fiber rug: Visible and loose dirt should be regularly picked up with a broom or vacuum cleaner. Liquid spills can dissolve dirt particles and bring them to the surface causing watermarks to form. Therefore spills must be dabbed immediately with an absorbent white cloth and then dried. Professional rug cleaning recommended.
