The wood was fine but it was bowed. I should have inspected it closer.

Great boards for building shelves strong and sturdy

Very good board.

$40 for Boards that are full of knots, twists, checking and cupping. Should be illegal to sell trash if this extremely low quality.

Ive bought multiple of these and the fact that they are not 12in wide is a little disappointing... Should not be selling it as 1inx12inx12ft if the actuall width is 11 1/2in

1 by 12 to dry had too much knots would brake on turns

It was average for the price. Not very big of a selection at the store. So pieces were in pretty bad shape

These boards were what I expected them to be, rough lumber to build a strong shelf unit that could be paint finished indoors or just stained for a less glamorous look. The shelves they made turned out pretty good and sturdy.

Hard to find one not warped

Perfect for my use (childrens' karate breaking boards), but one of the board was damaged at its end with a huge chip. If I needed to build something, I would've selected an undamaged board. Home depot service was outstanding, however. Very helpful... and I was finished with my errand quickly.

The wood was wet when we bought it and when it finally dried out it cracked. Very frustrating and an expensive buy.

Needed to build some shelves and this was the perfect fit. Home Depot cut it to length which made the job a lot easier. Nice to find good quality lumber.

it's tough to find boards on the rack that aren't cupped and don't have massive knots. I wouldn't recommend this lumber unless you don't care or plan on doing a lot of filling, sanding and painting to hide the knots.

This was a good board. Perhaps not as good as the board of 2016. We all remember that one. I look forward to buying another board next year!

I used it for shelving and it was adequate for my project. Would not use for cabinets as it has too many knots.

Easy to work with. Grain is smooth.

The wood stack needed to be picked through a little but was able find the quality I was looking for.

Pine is soft wood. That said, the stock had banding indents, handling scratches and dents, lots of knots, and many of the boards were cupped or twisted. I waded through lots of stock with the assistance of an employee to obtain what I needed to make custom shelving. I halved 12’ boards.
