Products good customer service is horrible

This valve is of basic design and sturdy and will get the job done. They are easy to install and are reasonably priced compared to similar valves.

I decided to buy a brand new valve instead of replacing the worn out parts. So glad they still make this model so that the inlet and outlet distance is the same as my old valve.

Product is decent for the price. One common issue is that the cap for the diaphragm loosens and blows off easily, scattering internal parts everywhere. I’ve experienced that scenario roughly 10% of the time over the past 6 years with this product.

I had to buy the complete Anti-Siphon Valve due to the fact that there were no complete rebuild kits in stock. The original valve that is the one at issue is piped in so that one cut would result in numerous modifications to the manifold & the other valves. I simply replaced the internal parts with those from the new valve. The repair was pretty strait forward but I did lube all of the o-rings and joints when reassembling.

This valve design has been around for years and continues to work great.

I found this worked perfectly with my old valve so I could replace all the working parts and seals into the old body. That made the job quick and easy with no cutting gluing etc.

Works great, comparable to rain bird, competitive price.

I've used this brand of valve for 35 years at my house, but the latest batch has a defect in the threads on the pressure side of the valve. It is either the size or spacing of the threads and is not visible. The necessary 3/4 " male thread / female slip fitting does not screw in easily more than half way and will leak under pressure. Teflon tape won't prevent the leak. Easy to test for yourself as the inlet and outlet are accessible without opening the package. Tried two installations. I checked all RJ valves at 2 Home Depots near me and all had the same problem. This valve is marketed under more than one brand name. It's a strange defect but real. Home Depot and RJ better get on this or they will suffer lots of returns. Purchased Orbitz valve that worked. You should test the valve's threads before buying: inlet and outlet should screw in almost all the way equally by hand. If you encounter resistance half-way in on the inlet side it will leak, no matter how much you try to tighten it.

They work only for a year before start leaking

It leaks out from under the control solenoid. ?????

Used internal parts in an older RainJet valve. Fit perfectly !

Upon time and effort to install this product, it leaks. I returned it.

Thread of valve was not molded correctly OR I got an already used valve. No matter what I tried (Teflon tape) or a large wrench, valve leaked from messed up thread area. Needed to buy a new valve. Very unhappy with product!!

Replaced existing Lawn Genie Anti-Siphon Valve. Easy to install. No problems works very well.
