worst customer service experience
They send 4 plants all different sizes and definitely smaller than in the description now when I tried to return them, they sent someone to pick them up and they don’t want to pick them up because they are not packaged in the initial boxing. Very very frustrating experience. Will never buy again from online Home Depot.

My trees arrived earlier than anticipated in great shape and I planted within two days. So far all three appear to be adjusting to their new environment favorably. I planted to serve as a border from a wooded area in my backyard and excited to see how they fare through the winter.

I paid over $40 for a tree that was only 2 feet tall with about 12 branches. I should have gone to a local nursey. The size of the tree was not indicated. I should have known better.

The plant arrived with the dirt spilled out of the pot and branches growing only on one side. I planted it anyhow in hopes that it may survive but it doesn't look like it's going to make it.

Spent 5 days digging holes for 5 Leyland Cypress Trees in the 5 gallon pots. Watered and mulched them. They were so happy for 3 weeks. Last night a deer ate them! Please put note on tags of the Leyland Cypress Trees that deer love love love to eat foliage, bark and trunk.

Bought this online and found it two weeks later in the store for one-third the price. Home Depot wouldn't adjust the price without me digging up the trees (after I had mulched them) and returning them. Lesson learned - Don't buy anything from Home Depot online.
