very well constructed. Easy to modify (our door did not meet the measurement specs we have to decease the width). Sticks out from the doorframe a bit but I would definitely purchase it again. I love it.

I had to put clear packing tape over a thin strip of air gap at top of main frame where it fits against the house frame. MY fault in install glitch, bad application, not a problem with instruction or product itself. Other people aren't having that issue with this product, and I can easily admit to mistakes, easy fix too to get a seal. At first, the screen stuck along the bottom when opening. Top recoiled faster/easier than the bottom could. It needed a nudge of two hands to evenly recoil, but opening and closing it about a dozen times that day smoothed it out and it's worked perfectly smooth with just the push of the button since. The 2 safety strips of color kept me from trying to walk through it, and has saved it a bunch of times until I got into the habit, but they don't bother the view at all, that open, glorious view watching birds, deer, and long grasses or trees sway. No bugs have made it through, not even the wee little ones. Solace!!! I found this as a redo task and thought, it cannot be that easy, that cheap, and that perfect to find by myself, or be able to do without a 'pro'... but it was! 1/3 the cost as the last try at a door with a 'pro' contractor that didn't even work!!! Love the view, love the function. It's surpassed expectation beyond high hopes and is the best door screen I've ever had, hands down. If max view, no bugs, and max airflow are your needs, this is perfect and ideal, and it *really* is as easy and fast to install as they say. That's about as perfect a purchase/investment as I've seen in awhile, and I've been at it a looong time. Enter this DIY easy and clever product which worked out better in every single way, 1/3 the cost, hit the criteria for style and needs better than the pro did, and what mistake was made were solved in 2 minutes with a thin strip of tape and normal amount of humility. You can totally install yourself, and it's a smart move to. Or hire a hobby-handy neighbor to install for a penance, or who would happily help with lure of fresh home baked pie barter or thanks of a home cooked meal. A slightly cheaper comparable model had a feature if it got cold, it wouldn't stay shut (in reviews and company provided agreement). This product had no such issue or reports from maker or reviews, so I paid the extra.

Very simple to install love it. It's nice to have that full open feeling. It has a light shadowing of a line going across the bottom about knee high and top just above head so you avoid walking through the screen. It's very suttle but works.

One of the best things we’ve installed in our home yet and just in time for the heat of the summer months. We have kept our door open each night and kept cool without the mosquitoes and other critters entering the house. I have been sleeping so much better! It is well made and it is just perfect. It is reversible, so the handle can be installed on either side of the door (left or right). We purchased 2 of these for our home and couldn’t be more satisfied.

This screen is ok but door way is smaller because the frame outside your door. Also you may have to modify door casing . it does work well better than a regular screen door .

The instructions say 30 minute install time... AND IT WAS! This may be the best DIY product I have ever bought. It was simple to set up, it worked exactly as it was supposed to and it looks awesome! If there is one thing that could be improved is the threshold. The way it sticks up makes it a little awkward when stepping into and out of the house. Not a stopper, just a little awkward. Overall, if you need a screen door and don't want the traditional swinging door, this one is as good as I think it can get.

Fits my door perfectly and only need four screws to installed.

ODL 36 in. x 80 in. Brisa White Standard Retractable Screen Door was vary easy to install my door is 34 in. X 80 in. had to cut 2 in. on top and bottom rail with no problem.

Easy install, looks great. I put it in the garage to house section being I love to leave the garage door open this stops but and such from getting in.

I have to be honest, we were nervous that this type of screen door might look cheap or cheesy compared to what you see for “standard” screen doors, but it really exceeded our expectations! It looks really nice, great value for the money and super easy to install on both of our 36” doors! Very happy with our purchase of 2 of these!

It is a great screen. Once installed, it keeps the flying bugs out and the fresh air flowing in. NOTE: You must measure three times and may have to cut more than once. Important to get the sliding bar into the track before attempting to mount. Also ensure the slide starting side (when open) is snug inside the door frame before cutting and mounting.

Looks great. A quality product for the money. Much nicer than a traditional screen/storm door.

We installed this screen on the back door of our business warehouse. We just so happen to have an Apiary right behind our office, and the product that we package is a sweet smelling powder that attracts the bees. We soon discovered that on the warm, sunny days when we were able to open up the back door for some fresh air, the bees would quickly gather at our door, causing us to have to close up. Now that we have our retractable screen door installed, we can enjoy the sun and warmth without having to deal with the bees! The door was easy to install as well.

Never knew this existed, I saw one and ordered on ASAP. Installed it in my garage door entry to the house. I like to have my garage door open to flow air into the house...now with now flies getting in.

This retractable screen door is a very easy do-it-yourself project, it's as easy as just assembling the unit and securing it to the door frame with four screws. My only complaint is that the mesh on this unit is made of plastic and I would have preferred aluminum since I have a little dog that keeps scratching at it all the time she wants to go in and out of the backyard, other than that it's a great product.

This door was relatively easy to assemble and install. It is a decent looking door. Unfortunately, the first night after I installed it, my dog went through it and seperated the screen from the frame on the left hand side from the bottom up to where the handle is located. I am sure this is not the first or last time this has happened to other customers. The screening is almost invisible to see at night even with the cross markers in the screen. The screen was not torn, it was just seperated form the rubber strip where it is adhered to the frame. After taking the door back off and putting it on a work table in my garage, I managed to re-attach it by using two face carpet tape and Gorilla glue. This saved me the $100 for the cost of replacing the roll up screen device. The reason for only the three star rating is that the way the screen is attached to the frame. I do understand the top and bottom have to free float in the frame channel so it will roll up properly, but I don't see any reason why the manufacturer doesn't use the standard spline on the sides for the screen install. It would make the repair much simpler and less costly. I have now also bought some decals for a retractable screen door so hopefully my dog or another human person won't walk through it again.

Very Simple to install and looks good when up compared to a normal screen door. Mine may not be perfectly square since the bottom part of the screen sticks in the tracks both in the open and closed position (My level says it is) but its a minor inconvenience. I wish they would have out in a darker stripe in the middle so you can see if its closed when there is not a lot of light around. Right now, the "sight stripes" are very high and very low but I am sure they made them that way so that the view would be unobstructed.

Installed easily, however within 10 minutes of installation, the screen came out on the top and bottom. Piece of JUNK.

I really like it except for I'm in a corner unit 7th floor and when the wind blows the screen comes off its track because it does not lock well.,,really that's the only difficult I have so I can't use it on a windy day. And the locking is a little tricky...I have to pay to get it adjusted. Unless home depot or your company will send someone..

This was tricky to put together as instructions were not clear. You don't know until after you buy the product that you might have to "build up" the threshold in order for the door to be flush at the bottom. Then the first strong breeze (NOT a gust or storm) that came along tore the screen out at the top and bottom of the frame. This screen door is totally useless!

Easy to install, reasonable price and looks good. The retractable screen is not smooth which makes me worry about long term functioning and quality. We have another retractable screen that operates much smoother and easier (even after 12 years).

Easy to assemble, i just had to modify my door way so it would work with the screen. The screen itself needs some tension because it keeps coming out the track. Overall it’s decent for the price.

Love having a retractable screen door. This door was fairly easy to install...more difficult to put it together! It definitely is a two person job so that one person can hold it steady while the other puts in the screws to hold it in place. Love that it has such a nice double line thru the screen to prevent people from walking thru the screen when it is closed (see picture). Would recommend this door and am planning on installing one for our neighbor.
