Wet sanded my wipe-on poly coffee table project with 800 grit followed by wax. Tabletop is smooth as glass!

I bought this pack for refinishing a couple of outdoor rocking chairs I found at a garage sale. This product works best using a sanding block saving your finger tips from abrasion. Home Depot has an extensive assortment of sandpaper for all your woodworking needs. Happy Sanding.

3M Imperial Wetordry 3-2/3 in. x 9 in. 800 Grit Sandpaper Sheets (10 Sheets-Pack) and the 220 grit (No Slip Grip) are a great addition to my finish work. Attached photos show the removal of fine lines on a wood piece to give it a slight rustic look; and the smoothing of a flat, round piece of wood. It takes the tiniest of imperfections and makes them unnoticeable. I am very pleased with these 3M sandpapers and highly recommend them. Made in USA and Canada.

3M Imperial Wetordry Sandpaper Sheets have long been my "go to" solutions for glass-smooth finishes on furniture, household trim and automotive paint touch-up. The 800 grit leaves a very smooth surface that is suitable for wet use (with a misting spray bottle) on final and between-finish coats for wood, or for surface prep and base coats for automotive use. I hadn't noticed any loading or clogging issues during use. The most frequent end to one of these is when I catch an edge of the paper while sanding, and end up tearing the sheet, but with care, a single sheet of this stuff can last a long time. I messed up on size selection, though; It's no fault of the product, but this 3-2/3 in. x 9 in. sheet is too small for my electric oscillating sander or my half-sheet sanding block, and too large for my 2.5" wide rubber block. Fortunately, it was easy to trim down to fit the smaller block -- and the perfect length. Meanwhile, the trimmed piece was about the right size for some touch-up crevice sanding as I try to make the paint on my older car look new again.

It works just fine... but I need finer grits...4000, 6000 even 8000.

I used this wet to sand my grandson's headlights to restore them, only needed one sheet to complete that stage of the process, mover on to 1000 and 2000 and then polished it.

I have been working on resin jewelry with my kiddo. A drop of water and rub the resin for a smooth finish. Also used 100,300, 3000, and a polish. Worked great.

Can be used wet or dry. Size is okay and fits on my sanding block. Package comes with 10 sheets.

Super smooth and silky finish. Held up very well during wet sanding automobile. Final results are in picture.

I use this as part of my chisel and plane blade sharpening process. I stick it to a piece of granite counter top material with a 3M spray adhesive. Wet the paper and start sharpening. This 800 grit is my 1st step up from my 200/300/400/600 grit diamond plates. I continue up to 3000 grit. The paper holds up well during the sharpening process.

Used on a car part restoration. 400 then 800 grit prior to painting. Came out nice!

This is a rough subject, not sure how to rate sand paper with out getting to gritty in my comments.

Works great for restoring cloudy headlights.

Worked good on sanding off peeling paint on a small aluminum jon boat prior to painting.

Sandpaper works as described!

I was redoing my dining table and I had used some polyurethane on it and it left brush lines in it and was told to was this and would get them out and smooth the top. Well it actually did not do anything. I had to resand the table back down and redo the varnish but the next time I used a spray can and worked so much better and did not have to sand again. And my table looks like new.

Good Product. Held up well and went further then I expected it to go per sheet.

I use the different grades of sandpaper for refacing mouthpieces ( clarinet and saxophone) they work very well for this purpose.

The 1500 is excellent for polishing a knife blade and other things.

I was able to find a H.D. employee to help me find items on my list.
