3M Imperial Wetordry 3-2/3 in. x 9 in. 800 Grit Sandpaper Sheets (10 Sheets-Pack) and the 220 grit (No Slip Grip) are a great addition to my finish work. Attached photos show the removal of fine lines on a wood piece to give it a slight rustic look; and the smoothing of a flat, round piece of wood. It takes the tiniest of imperfections and makes them unnoticeable. I am very pleased with these 3M sandpapers and highly recommend them. Made in USA and Canada.

3M Imperial Wetordry Sandpaper Sheets have long been my "go to" solutions for glass-smooth finishes on furniture, household trim and automotive paint touch-up. The 800 grit leaves a very smooth surface that is suitable for wet use (with a misting spray bottle) on final and between-finish coats for wood, or for surface prep and base coats for automotive use. I hadn't noticed any loading or clogging issues during use. The most frequent end to one of these is when I catch an edge of the paper while sanding, and end up tearing the sheet, but with care, a single sheet of this stuff can last a long time.
I messed up on size selection, though; It's no fault of the product, but this 3-2/3 in. x 9 in. sheet is too small for my electric oscillating sander or my half-sheet sanding block, and too large for my 2.5" wide rubber block. Fortunately, it was easy to trim down to fit the smaller block -- and the perfect length. Meanwhile, the trimmed piece was about the right size for some touch-up crevice sanding as I try to make the paint on my older car look new again.

I use this as part of my chisel and plane blade sharpening process. I stick it to a piece of granite counter top material with a 3M spray adhesive. Wet the paper and start sharpening. This 800 grit is my 1st step up from my 200/300/400/600 grit diamond plates. I continue up to 3000 grit. The paper holds up well during the sharpening process.
