If you tighten the hose connection too much, it will push out the other piece. Then it separates into two pieces, which is broken, and not fixable. Beware of using a wrench when tightening this.

Usually to connect pipe, I am using this product. but it can be seperated easily two parts.
So I need to find another solution.

A rubber washer is required in both ends for a leak tight connection. The one I purchased only had a washer in one end. Also, on a connection to threaded pvc, "kevlar" thread sealant was necessary in addition to a rubber washer to achieve a "leak tight" connection for cold water at 40psi.
