Didn't fit my window and sill

No tools needed inside or outside. It’s strong and easy to use.

So far so good- The hardest part is pressing in the buttons on the side to adjust the bracket. I have very oddly shaped windows, so when an AC is installed it tips in. This helped us tilt the heavy unit the right way and I don't have to worry about my cat knocking it out either.

Never needed one tool to put it together or install it I would recommend buying some extra self stick.installation. The support has four rubber mounts that the a/c sits on stopping any vibration. My A/C 's rear weight sits on the rubber mounts. The clear plastic ones help to stop any damage to your outside and inside walls. Great product. At first I thought it was a little expensive. But here's hoping it lasts the summer.

This A/C-Safe Bracket works as claims. I would recommend this product.

For someone who is assembly challenged, it was a simple enough job, that worked well for its intended purposes!

Defective - or just poorly made? While in theory this is a great idea, i could not get it put together. It should adjust like a pair of crutches, but the inner metal tube is just SLIGHTLY too big so, even though I could depress the metal buttons, I could not slide one tube inside the other to adjust it to fit the sill. I’m retuning it.

A small window unit barely rests on the side rails and modifications are needed to fill in the gaps under the unit and the side fans. It secures firmly to the interior/exterior walls and is easily adjustible to give the slight outward tilt needed for drainage.

Just didn’t work for me, I think you have to have old windows for this to work. I own two houses and wouldn’t work in either because of replacement windows.

Did not meet my expectations. It was clumsy to start with and did not hold the ac window unit. It’s overpriced and doesn’t really work.

Easy to assemble and I like the fact that it does not require screwing anything. The only draw back is the gap that is left at the window sill because of the thickness of the rack. A foam seal is provided for that, but you have to cut it around the round tube of the rack and make it fit in your window.

I live in a mobile home and the windows are different from a regular house and the support bracket required shims on the widow sill to raise it high enough to clear the window steel frame. It was still a very easy installation.

The product is a great idea on paper. It doesn't stay in place and slides down and sits right on top of the storm window. The goal was to avoid any pressure on the storm window...Not worth the money.

Much to tall to fit second story window with joining roofline

Product does its job very well. Holds my 12000 btu tcl ac unit on the 2nd floor. It however is extremely overpriced for what it us. Some metal tubes bent and plastic guards.

So it looks like it would work pretty much easily anywhere but it doesn't. You would have to have some pretty specific dimensions to have this work properly. I couldn't get it to stay tight on my windows for the AC unit so I just went a bought a standard support that you screw in to the window sill. Also having some massive problems trying to return these through the Home Depot system to get money back. I'm just going to to go to the store.

Too small

Specifically wanted this item which was always sold out on other home shopping sites. Item was purchased, processed, shipped and delivered within a few days of ordering it. It is exactly as pictured online. Lightweight but still strong and sturdy, very easy to assemble and install. Serves well its intended purpose. Looks very good neatly mounted with a/c in window. Well worth the price. Very satisfied.
