The video review states that it will not rust or corrode over time. We have had this fan installed in our master bath for just under 6 years and it has rusted and corroded (not to mention the motor burning out).

QUIET! and good CFM. Took advantage of open ceiling during repair and wanted something quieter than the one I had. Mounting system a breeze (strong). Wiring connection typical. Required a reducer to fit into existing ducting. Only complaint is the 'typical' spring-prongs used to mount the vent cover, there are MUCH better ways to do this.

It took longer for the handyman to mount and it is larger than we expected. In all fairness, we were replacing a regular ceiling light with a fan/light combo. Every time I'm involved in a project I learn something.

Easy to install, low profile design. Good air circulation with very quiet operation. Have had it installed for about 2 weeks and absolutely love it.

When my old exhaust fan went out, I began researching options on Home Depot's website. After much reading, I decided on this model and am very pleased with the result. I actually purchased it in early December, but due to the holidays, just installed this past weekend. It was easy to install, looks great, and is very quiet.

I just self-installed my new Air KingHigh Performance 70 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Bath Fan and im so pleased with it. It's so much quieter than the fans I've had experience with in the past. Its also the fastest acting bath fan i've ever had the pleasure of owning. The specifications on the Home Depot web site made it easy to choose the right fan for my bathroom as well. The instructions were clear and the installation was a breeze. I could'nt be happier!

I installed this over kitty litter box because it is so quiet. The cats don't even know its there.

Unit is fairly quite for it's output rating. Fit into my small 2x6 mounting location. Mounting was easy for my new installation. Nice looking on the outside.

It was a direct replacement for what had to be a 10-15 yr old unit. Works great. Came on time, and in good shape.

Purchased this as a replacement motor - seemed quicker and cheaper to buy the whole unit than calling in for a service part direct. Then deconstructed to get what I needed.

Not old work compatible if you don't have access above - which is not specified in the description or packaging. Only midway through the instructions does it say to cut a 2' (?!?) opening to access the bracket to install. Really frustrated with this and will have to return.

Great replacement for GE BF125EM. My old BF125EM stopped working, and thoroughly cleaning it didn't help, so I had to research replacements. The only help I found was user reviews linking the BF125EM to this Air King model. They were correct. The BF125EM itself is just a motor and attached fan. The Air King is nearly identical, so just swapping motor/fan combo was a piece of cake. The mounting brackets are a little different but fit fine. The power plug fits fine. Problem solved!

Has a slight rattle/vibration straight out of the box.

My contractor spent nearly 1 1/2 hours installing the fan only to realize that the fan blades rubbed against the side and barely turned. It was uninstalled and returned to Home Depot. Picked out a different brand.

Easy to install, quiet operation and efficient

I actually just needed the fan and motor from the assembly to replace an existing air king fan that burned out. Weirdly it was way cheaper to buy the whole unit than the replacement motor online.. bolted right up and works perfectly.

Didn't work upon installation. Apparently a repacked return that HD shipped me trying to pass off as new. Now I get to go to store to exchange for a Nu-Tone.

It went in real easy in old construction with the sheet rock already up
