1 of 2 windows was br9ke during transit . Was supposed to get an email on when it would be ship. It's been 2 was no word.

Arrived with a cracked window. Customer service helped with finding a solution to make it whole again.

Easy to install as long as the opening is right size and prepped. As for performance, time will tell.

Installed these my self with the help of the .pdf instructions provided by the Home Depot Download from the website. If you are moderately handy and can read at tape measure you can install them you self. They fit very well and are a quality product at a reasonable price. The delivery was fast. I was informed at the online checkout that the 3 different sizes would come staggered over a week by Fed Ex delivery. I received all 9 windows at the same delivery, what a surprise!. Each window came well crated in wood frame with cardboard covering. I would buy them again and told my neighbor how great they were. I think he is interested also. Thanks Home Depot!

Terrible windows… spend the extra money for the good ones. I bought 4 windows and two of them leak from the corners! There must be some issue with the weld where it’s not water tight. I also love the small specs of debris between the glass of my picture window. There was also clear adhesive everywhere but that’s the least of my worries.

One window was fine, but the other had a crack in the upper corner. Unfortunately it was not evident until after we threw the packaging away. We absolutely did not mishandle the packages. They were laying flat on padding during transport as well as when stored in empty room before installation. They were absolutely not damaged while we had them--including during installation. It had to have been damaged sometime before we purchased. Not happy customer.

I ordered 4 of these windows, they are the only ones around that come standard in the correct sizes. The windows are great and easy to install. However, the packaging for delivery is all wrong. 2 out of the 4 windows I ordered arrived damaged with broken glass. American Craftsman put nice wood frames around the sides of the windows to ship but only a single piece of cardboard in front of the glass. They need to reformulate it so the glass itself is protected with foam or wood.

I needed the upper sash to use as a replacement because a lousy tenant cracked the glass. I was happy that delivery service was offered. I was able to swap out the broken sash and replace with the new one in a matter of minutes.

I replaced all of the windows in my entire house with the 70 series windows (double hung and picture) over the last 6 years and am very pleased. I live in GA so not terribly cold temps but they are much better than what I had before. I am somewhat surprised at some of the negative reviews and wonder if possibly a lack of shimming or insulation caused many of these problems. They open and close very easily and are easy to clean. Overall I am very happy.

Window was broken and I had to return it.

The lock latch on the window were cracked and broken. Had to put in a warranty call to receive replacement parts. The windows are too expensive to not be quality.

This window is easy to install as long as you get the correct size . Slips right into the wall with the side trim and top trim filling any extra space Works as it should, and as a good bargain for the price

I purchased 11 windows, had them delivered and installed and spent 3 days removing silicone. Now I see fingerprints between the glass. Customer service suggested they send me new sashes. I dont know how or want to try to install these. So I will use what I have

Had no flange on it to secure it and make a tight seal - had a 64 in opening as set by manufacturer and window was about an inch too short to fit properly

Window was put together well. Did have to scrub and scrape off a residue off window panes
