I used this to repair a section of 4" corrugated drain pipe that gophers had chewed through causing it to cave in. I needed to repair about a 12" section. After clearing soil around the damage are and cutting out the damaged section, the flex connector could be put in place and extended to snugly fit over both ends of the drain pipe. Easy repair other than digging up hard clay soil.

Concerned that 4" flex drain could not handle the weight load when flex pipe extended in curve. Used a rigid 4" 90 to manage weight load at 3 feet deep.

The product needs to be longer. It's so short that by the time you bend it, there's no length available to adjust to your project. And it's silly that you need to purchase a coupling to connect it! Only to find that the coupling is also too short to fit both ends so you have to use gorilla tape

Great for adjoining downspouts to other drain devices and easy to use. Only drawback is that unless the "accordion" is not completely expanded, water will remain in the pipe and invite mosquito egg laying. I haven't had that problem yet, but it just seems probable.

Drains water- cool

This is a cheap product that does not go together well with the connectors. It says it will hook up to any corrugated 4" pipe but it doesn't. Wish they carried the better quality advanced products. The pipe is flimsy and you have to pull it apart.

I had to cut and add an adapter. It was a challenge to make this connection using the proper connector.

The rating is poor because it does not fit onto or into the Flex-Drain 4 inch polypropylene pipe. The diameters are exactly the same. Trying to force it or modify it only damages it beyond use.

Works really well. We needed a more compact way to get a 90 degree elbow down to our drain. This flex pipe worked very well. Only issue we faced was that the inventory that HD said they had in store was not accurate.

The flex connector fit as advertised

Best and easiest drain material I've ever worked with. If you're looking to replace or add drains this is what you want. No cutting, snaps together solid.

The Flex-Drain pipe is designed with one female end and one male end. You can connect as many sections of a Tee with no need for additional connectors. Perfect for putting in a temporary wastewater drain line from downspouts. For a permanent installation ONLY solid PVC pipe should be used as the corrugated is easily punctured and breaks down over time and the corrugated valleys pick up debris and reduce the capacity of the pipe. Also much more difficult to get the proper amount of fall with corrugated pipe over even a short distance.

The idea is good, but it does not fit standard four inch corrugated pipes.
