This pipe arrived unboxed and undamaged. It seems well constructed and appears to be solidly built. The plastic is not thin nor flimsy. The pipe is corrugated, so it is easily shaped to fit most applications. I have attached mine to my gutter downspout and with a required adapter it works great. I have had this pipe installed for about a month in all types of weather; no leaks or cracks. I highly recommend this item.

It is good to know that this pipe is compatible with other corrugated drain pipe so you don't need adapter to mate with other pipe for extension. Since the pipe is flexible in the mid section, it allows you to run your pipe with less fitting. At least, ideally the next fitting will be at least five to six feet away from the building given two feet of the pipe is above grade connecting to gutter's down-spout. it is important that storm water is channeled away this far so that it will not compromise your house's foundation. Would recommend duct tapping the joints of each fitting below grade to minimize leakage. Tree root loves to grow into places wherever it can find water and if it does, it will clog up the pipe.

This is a pretty simple products. The ends of the drain pipe have the barbs for connecting multiple pieces together, or attaching various fittings. This product does what it advertises. Slip it onto your gutter it will divert water from your house in whatever direction is needed. The High Density Poly Ethlyene should last a good time time. I am satisfied with this product.

I have had some flooding issues around my work shop in thee past and added evetroughs to route the water away. The problem was that I needed to move the downspout extensions every time I had to move a trailer around, so when I found these drain pipes I thought I would bury the drains and get the water out to the woods. They were very sturdy and I liked that they joined together without buying extra parts. T'd into my downspout and ran 3 of these with a slight slope out to the woods and it has fixed it all.

This is a drain pipe. It is about as good as drain pipes come. The rear corner of my house was causing a washout due to the gutter downspout just pouring on the ground. Luckily for me the wood line was about 20 feet away, so I dug a trench and ran a couple of these pipes from the down spout, under the ground to the woods. After the first rain storm it worked perfect! These are a great solution to a rather common problem.

Used this product to re-direct water from a gutter downspout underneath a patio slab addition we recently had installed. Have also done this on a previous house we owned and it worked out well. The drain pipe is solid and fairly easy to work with. Do not like the fact that they bend and tie the length together for shipping purposes as it leaves a crease in the bend area. Overall a good product!

Worked perfectly for a downspout extension

This is hardly flexible. It pretty much stays in the curled up "u" shape it was sold in.

Went along with connections I bought— easy to make n stall and good price. Fine quality.

They lasted yet less than a year. They crack and snap. As others have said you're better off getting one that doesn't bend or have the accordion flexible style.
