Overall I am happy with this product. I have not had the water tested for pollutants, just taking the word of the manufacturer. But the water tastes very fresh. So easy to just pour a glass of clean water. I was surprised how fast it operates. A little noisy but literally just takes seconds.

I have been using the Clean Water Machine for over two years. When my daughter-in-law told me the findings of an analysis of her local water, I worried about my young grandson's health and development due to the quality of his drinking water. I had been using a pitcher filter for five years but after doing a little research, Aquasana filtration removed the most contaminates without installation. I purchased two Clean Water Machines, CWM. I immediately noticed a difference in the way in the odor and taste of my drinking water. Two years after receiving his CWM, my grandson drinks water instead of soda. Recently I tried a water delivery company and did not like the taste of the water. Then I took a closer look at the price for the service. I've contacted the company regarding the process for returning the equipment.

The water quality is good, but water dribbles out the lid over the filter compartment while running, enough to cover the counter under the machine. Have tried reinserting filter and adding lubricant to the o-rings, but only thing that works is pressing down VERY firmly on lid while it runs.

I am enjoying the Aquasana counter product. The water tastes great and no longer smells like chlorine. It is easy to fill through the opening on the top. I like having it instantly available for just my self or when there is company. A little noisy but only when I am actually filling a glass so can live with that.

I have had this machine for about 6 years and love it. The water tastes clean and refreshing. I can't imagine not having it. My one concern is that in the six years, I have had about 5 replacements because after using constantly, the machine begins to leak. I am frustrated with the leaking issue that doesn't seem to have a fix yet. Initially I was sent an "O" ring and that did work - for a while. I am not giving up and am hoping that Aquasana can fix this problem because when working, the machine is awesome.

I purchased my water machine back in November 2020. I have absolutely no complaints, I just wish the machine was a little bigger. I says that the two filters should last for 6 months I believe. However, one filter may last me two months. I do recommend this to someone who is considering it.

I own two Clean Water Machines and they've worked really well. However, I'm reading other reviews that found fault with two aspects of the machines: noise & leakage. I can provide some insight and tips that address these issues. First, these machines are not Quiet. Understand that they provide excellent filtration by FORCING water under high pressure through extremely dense filter material; that generates some racket. The payoff is that while many competitors' models filter perhaps a dozen or so contaminants, Aquasana's remove almost 80. Some noise is a worthwhile tradeoff in my opinion. Re the under reservoir leakage issue: an easy workaround is to simply remove the cover and refill the reservoir with a pitcher, leaving the reservoir in place.

Like many other reviews it leaks. It leaked the first week of use. It leaks from the bottom of the unit towards the back and also from the top where the filter goes in. Based on all these reviews and people calling into support this can't be an unknown issue. How do you knowingly sell a product with design flaws.

I love my Aquasana water, tastes great, bad water odor is gone!

Great taste and filtration. Water tastes much better. But would be even better if you could filter out trace arsenic too along with the huge long list of other contaminants. This is 2nd product I bought. The clean water machine is terrific.

The Aquasana countertop water filtration system is sleek and fits nicely under my cabinet. Removable tank makes filling so easy. Changing filters also very simple to do. Filtered water gives me peace of mind and the water tastes good.

I lived for 25 years at Lake Tahoe. I moved to northern Nevada about 10 years ago and had gotten use to the tap water. This water filter transforms tap water into fresh, clean, pure "Tahoe" water! I simply did not expect that drastic of a difference!

I is noisy and badly leak under the machine, drained out all of dispenser over the night through my counter. Support sent me the replacement for the dispenser but it is not the root cause, the root cause is at bottom of machine leak

Only after two days of use it's leaking from the bottom where the pump is located. It really doesn't matter how effective the filtration is when it leaks. This company knows about this problem but they knowingly sell a poor product, shame on them.

I like how well this filters cleans the water, but it's been leaking from the bottom of the base since day 1 and I have following all the directions to prevent this so, that's pretty annoying. Using a lot of towels to keep the counter dry.

The motor is VERY loud. If you are okay with the loud noise for the length of dispense time, and the small amount of water that is dispensed - go for it. I am returning it because of the noise. When correctly put together it also leaks easily and I find the electric cord sitting in a pool of water.

Just bought this filter 3 weeks ago. Pro’s: Easy to install and use. The water is crisp and delicious. Con’s: The filter periodically turns on by itself. Water may collect on top of the pitcher when filling it. These con’s are very minor.

I enjoyed using the water dispenser, but only for a few days. The noise that the pump makes to get water was too loud for me. I returned the product. But if you can bear the noise, then it is a pretty decent looking product.

The water is great. The pump is a bit loud. However, the unit is not worth paying for. The unit leaks from the bottom. I don't move the tank, and it's dry under the tank, so that is not the problem. However, every time I use the filter, water leaks from the bottom of the unit. It's so bad that I have resorted to changing out a towel daily underneath the unit.

Love the concept, water tastes great. It leaks...Sad, as we love this! This is our 2nd one and it also leaks. Aquasana has a good thing here, just needs a little more tweaking to stop the leaks

I like how the water taste and it was easy enough to use but my unit did not last very long. It runs and will not turn off.

OK so first to its credit, the water tastes great. We just moved to an area that has a ridiculously high chlorine level in the public water, so bad it smells like a public pool when you first turn on the faucet. The Aquasana works beautifully for providing fresh tasting water with minimal ppm. But the device itself is a disaster! It has always been a bit of a trick removing the pitcher from the base, but that I can get over. The main problem now is that when the pitcher is placed on the base the filter turns on and never stops. It just keeps making that awful noise (another downside to the device is that it is very loud when filtering the water). I think this is happening because it isn't fully emptying the filtered water back into the filter; some of it remains in the base. Which also means that any time the thing gets jiggled water leaks out of the base all over the counter. This started happening less than 2 weeks after we got it.

We have loved our water filter systems from Aquasana for around 7 years. We've had 3, and they do an excellent job cleaning water. This one leaks like crazy though, which I heard some of them do.

I love it. Drinking clean water. I drink a pitcher a day!!!

I’ve read the pros and cons reviews and I want to tell you read the pros. I have had my unit which came with the dispenser unit and refrigerator pitcher for over 9 years!!! We have the worse public water around. I can not drink what comes out of my faucet but use my Aquasana machine daily for everyday drinking and use it in my coffee machine. (My coffee machine requires filtered water). We have experienced recently (after 9 years) leaking from the base but a quick fix was all that was needed. With the over use of taking it out to refill with water the o ring on the dispenser had become jammed into the underside. All we did was inspect the o ring found it to still be okay and just put it back on and no more leaks!!! I would suggest to anyone having leaks from the base to check that o ring and if needed just replace.

The water taste great I bought one about a year ago and bought another one for my son. Funny now the one I bought for me is leaking. Very annoying to pay this much and have this problem. But I see a lot of people have had this problem. What is the fix for this. Sadly I will be sending the other one back if this what I have to look forward to. Please advise. I’m cleaning up water everyday.

The machine leaks from the bottom & is very loud. Home Depot replaced it and made the return very easy but the second one leaked worse.

Easy to use except it is loud when in use.

As others have reported, our unit leaks - from the top. I wrapped the cover's big O-ring with 3 layers of teflon tape and that seems to have stopped the leak. Other than that, product does what it's supposed to.
