[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this product to change the color of my brick house. I did not want it to look painted and this product was great. Sprays nicely. Has held up great over almost 3 years! Lots of compliments including from those who discouraged changing the brick color.

This worked great for my project. I applied this to an outside brick wall, and I found that using a sprayer worked better than a roller. Due to the porousness of the concrete blocks, I had to do two coats. It's a pretty bold color, but I like it - especially with the green plants in front of it.

I'm a bit disappointed by the results I got. I followed the instructions to the letter. I etched the floor twice to ensure a rough surface. I cleaned the floor till no dust residue was present. I applied the Behr primer as the instructions state. I then applied 2 coats of the stain. It looks great. I didn't drive on the floor for 17 days. When I did then drive I put down two layers of corrugated cardboard. Even Home Depot moving boxes....LOL. The other day, after over 21 days, I drove over a piece of the cardboard onto the stained floor. Of course, the stain lifted a little.

Good paint and cover a lot

I bought two gallons of this thinking I was getting a stain but after carefully examining it looks to be a water down paint that sits on top of the surface instead of pentrating the concrete, I worry about blistering and tire tracks on my carport to scared to use it and they don't except returns on this item so I'm out $81

The color was not as expected. It was much redder than the picture.

I bought a house and inherited a pool deck made of concrete pavers that are approximately 18 years old. We added a concrete addition a couple of years ago. Both were shades of light gray that were slightly mismatched. I used this stain to cover the entire pool deck and concrete addition and it now looks like one cohesive space. It was about 2500 square feet total. Time will tell how well this stain holds up. But my initial opinion is that this stain definitely covered well and looks great. We pressure washed the entire space and used the Behr concrete primer before applying 2-3 coats of this stain. My pool deck looks clean, bright and new--definitely not 18+ years old. Now, my pool pavers have a lot of texture to them and they don't feel slippery when wet. However, the smooth concrete addition seems quite slick when wet. For any smooth concrete, I would highly suggest the anti-slip floor finish additive or an additive that will provide texture to prevent slips and falls when the concrete is wet.

Good coverage. Tends to get a film in the roller pan if it is warm so it’s better to keep only enough stain in the roller pan to get the roller wet and add stain frequently to the pan to avoid the film issue.

Quality stain! Went on beautifully with 2 coats after priming and stuff!

Bought this on recommendation of a neighbor. After proper cleaning and prepping, 2 coats applied, looked great until after 2 1/2 weeks dry time just pulled the vehicle in from across the street (no time for hot tires) and there are tire tracks. Does this also need a seal/top coat?

product has stayed on well for the year since I applied it (prep, prime, 2 coats), but being a "flat" finish it's very susceptible to staining and discoloration. leaves or grass left on the surface for even a week are absorbed into the finish and leave marks and then you must use outdoor bleach to clean it....they won't just rinse off. i put it on my interior patio and it's great, but on my outdoor patio it's proved to be very high maintenance and I wouldn't use it again. perhaps a higher luster product would be more resistant?

Little to thin to deal with. Coveted very well.

Loved this product. It performed exactly how it was suppose to. It is thin so handle carefully as it tends to splatter if pouring straight out of the bucket. Oh and cover it with a clear sealer to protect the color.

Looks great. To protect the color, use a sealer so it’ll last a lot longer
