I'm very sorry to hear about the roller mark issue experienced, as it certainly isn't typical or what we want our customers to go through. Applying an additional coat perpendicular to the last should help improve the appearance. Hello disappointed, thank you for your review. I am so sorry the paint is peeling off so easily. I recommend removing any loose coating, cleaning the surface and allowing it to dry, then touching up or recoating with paint. I want to also note the coating may be sensitive until it fully cures for at least 4 weeks. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your feedback. Hi Adip - Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the paint dried too quickly, the finish looks blotchy, and now the paint is peeling off easily! To fix the finish, I recommend lightly sanding the loose paint off the surface, wiping the drawers down to remove the sanding dust, touching up the bare spots, then applying a fresh coat to the whole surface for uniformity. If the paint seems to dry too fast, I recommend adding up to 4 oz. of water per gallon (this will extend the dry time) before recoating. Once the finish has completely cured (this takes at least 30 days), you'll be left with an extra durable finish that will not peel. Hi cmw1, thank you for your review, and I am sorry to hear about the scuffing and scratching you're experiencing. This paint should be durable enough after 30 days. However, to fix the issue, we recommend cleaning the scuffs. If the mark remains, you may need to do touch ups. For the scratching, sand any of the affected areas, clean the surface and do touch-ups as well. To verify that your color was mixed correctly, we'd suggest checking that the physical color swatch matches the paint dab on the can's lid. If the colors match, the paint was properly mixed, and the color is correct. In cases like this, the best solution would be to recoat in a different color. If the swatch doesn’t match the dab on your can’s lid, the color was incorrectly mixed, and we'd suggest recoating with new paint tinted to the correct color. Please keep in mind that different lighting will affect how a color looks and that our online color palette display may vary slightly from the actual colors due to variances in monitor settings.
