Hard to find Baldwin polished brass deadbolt! Excellent warranty from Baldwin, all brass, quiet and matches all my Baldwin locks in my home!

We tried 5-6 deadbolts to work with our weird dimension front door and storm door. This was the only truly low profile lock and it looks wonderful!! If you need a flat deadbolt this is for you!!

Replaced a Baldwin deadbolt, easy to install, perfect fit.

By no means am I a locksmith or expert on door locks, but this is the second time I've had to change out locks. It was a super easy installation (5-10 minutes) and the design and materials that Baldwin uses are sturdy and robust. Paying the extra money for the brand is well worth it, initially i tried the kwikset and schlager dead bolt sets and each time I had to return them because the bolts or thread of the components inside the packaging did not match. Installation of the two also required perfect alignment which was a tad difficult on an old door frame with many modifications.

I have purchased various baldwin door hardware in the venetian bronze finish and am very pleased with the excellent quality of their product. I would deffinately recommend this hardware above all others.
