I love the taste I get with this torch compared to regular Bic lighters and the flexibility straw makes it perfect

This only lasted one refill! It will not ignite the fuel and when I use a different lighter to ignite a flame it barely stays lit and is a small non torch style flame. What a waste of money!

The flexibility of the neck really helps when lighting longneck candles and even an outdoor firepit.

Lighter works as expected. Only downside is brand new lighter comes with very little fuel. After 3 minutes of use the lighter was out of fuel.

Bought this for heat shrink and all the little fire needs. Thought it would be quality but it isn't it only worked for four tubes. It manages to be worse than the disposable somehow

The light was removed from the upgrade which is good when light pilots lights.

I mean it works. It’s not a great tool. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Flex stem utility lighter works extremely well and was exactly what i needed.

I’ve have several, sometimes they work after a refill and sometimes they just quit lighting. Disposable is more reliable. Done with these.

Bought this to use primarily with electrical shrink tubing. Unfortunately on long pieces of tubing (say four or five inches) the torch poops out before shrink tube is sufficiently shrunk.

I wish they lasted more then couple of uses. They don’t lit anymore. Just buy something else.

I purchased mine about 5 years ago , and I've been surprised how well it has held up.. was looking to buy a spare until I've seen all the negative reviews .

I bought these to start my BBQ. If it lites, which can take minutes, it will stay lit for under a second. I couldn't even light a stick match with these. A great idea, but vey poor execution.

What a piece of junk! Didn't work for 5 minutes. Absolute piece of crap. Shame on Home Depot for selling it and DOUBLE SHAME on Bernzomatiic for making such a worthless piece of junk!!

Did not work at all, for some reason the safety would not work. Useless !!!!

Purchased Feb. 5th. It worked fine the 3 times I used it. Went to use it Feb. 12th and it would not light. Checked fuel..full.....OK. Can hear it coming out when put to my ear (unlit). Check spark. Sparks everytime. Adjustment wheel turned up all the way. So I held another lighter to it when trying to light and the gas lights but not as a torch......it lights as a very weak regular flame. But even that will not light without an external lighter being applied. I would take it back but I destroyed the credit card receipt since the statement already came in and i shred them after checking for accuracy. I should have read some of the other reviews but it wasn't a major purchase so I failed to do that.
