A: Hello! The Weber Lighter Cubes can only be used once. If you have further questions please contact our support team. Thanks!
A: Yes, only once!
A: You could cut them in half or quarters but once you light them they will burn up
A: Yes. They completely burn and disappear
A: Yup . Only one time .usually takes 2-4 cubes to light my charcoal canister.
A: “Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot.” It appears that this product has not been tested on animals, “We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.”
A: I'm not sure but id say yes since it's flammable
A: Yes! Toxic to pets or humans if injested.
A: why would you give it dog yes safe easy to use burn slow store it my stuff safe way like shelf
A: Yes, of course it's a flammable substance! If your pet ate them why are you asking on Home Depot? Please call your vet immediately.
A: Yes. They are a petroleum based product.
A: Just being flammable does not indicate toxicity. Wood is flammable, but it is not toxic. This product is simply wax, so it is likely safe. However, I am in agreement with the manufacturer answer (and others) that you should properly store the product and prevent potential calamity through proper storage and use.
A: Hi John! Our lighter cubes have not been tested on animals to obtain some toxicological data, but we would recommend keeping them out of reach from your pets. Thanks!
A: If the hibachi grill is wood or charcoal burning, then I would say yes.
A: Yes but use only 1!
A: To light the charcoal, yes
A: Happy holidays Lisa, Yes you can ! It's a great product!
A: Hello! Yes, these cubes can be used instead of lighter fluid. Thanks!
A: You can place one cube under briquettes but it will take longer to burn briquettes. I highly recommend getting a chimney starter and placing one cube under chimney.
A: Yes, the cube is lit and then placed with other material that you wish to catch.
A: Hi! That is correct, you light the cubes and then place the charcoal over the cubes. Check out our blog on this topic for more info here: https://www.weber.com/US/en/blog/how-to-use-a-chimney-starter. Thanks!
A: You will be better results by using a charcoal chimney and placing the cube under the charcoal. The coals will be ready to pour in 10 minutes. A big advantage of the cubes is there is no scent imparted to the charcoal. Many people can taste lighter fluid even after the coals have seasoned. None of that with these cubes.
