This bona is really good and shiny

I tried to cancel the order and it arrived anyway. Even the customer service rep I called ahead of time to be sure it was cancelled, said he didn’t see any order scheduled. I sent Customer Services a complaint asking them to verify the subscription had been cancelled and have heard nothing. Poor management, quality control, staff training…….terrible experience. Please confirm my subscription has been cancelled.

I have always used Bona to clean my hardwood floors and was very happy with the cleaning product. The latest bottle I purchased was the “new formula.” As many reviewers have said, the new formula has not worked for me. The floors are very sticky and leave a filmy residue on the floors. I will be finding a new product.

I’ve been using this for 10 years now and my floors look just beautiful! Absolutely love Bona and recommend it.

Great product used it in my spray mop and cleaned my hardwood floors like a champ. This leaves a more natural finish on the wood and not that super shinny look which is exactly what I wanted

The lid leaks. The last two bottles I bought half has been lost due to a leaking lid.

Been using Bona floor cleaner for several years. Won’t use anything else.
