Best investment we made with our recent kitchen remodel. Went from having a gas range these last 25 years to the Bosch 800. Researched other brands but always went back for another look at the Bosch. Besides even cooking it is extremely easy to clean and extremely efficient. Before when baking the room would get uncomfortably hot from all the heat loss but now room stays cool and heat stays where it belongs,, in the oven. Can't say enough about the Bosch 800.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this gem when buying a new range. Decided to try induction cooktop and didn't realize what a change that would be. All new pots/pans were necessary and cooking is different. So after 40+ years of cooking this old dog is learning new tricks. Haven't experimented with the convection oven or warming drawer, but look forward to learning more and using them in the coming months.

Only after three years we have had to replace the front panel. No happy with this oven at all...of course issues with error 115 started just after warranty ended. Buyer beware, do not buy this oven and good luck speaking to anyone at Bosch.

It's my first experience with induction and we got it because we want to transition to rooftop solar so we want all electric appliances. Initially, it was a learning experience since I had all new cookware that is compatible with induction. Now that I have learned the best way to use the new range, it's so quick and easy for any kind of food. The correct cookware is a must. The only element that would be helpful is sometimes it's hard to see the stovetop on/off button. Maybe a tiny dot of light would help this.

There are a number of various settings that can be used to make cooking much easier and quicker. The convection oven is a huge plus as it too helps to reduce cooking time. Would highly recommend.

My only negative so far, and it's a small one, is that the glass stovetop has small lines etched in it. I'm guessing they're there to differentiate between the cooking elements and the rest of the surface, but they make it a little harder to clean than a totally smooth glass stovetop. Overall, I love it! The pizza setting is an especially nice feature, convection works well. Getting used to induction, but it does boil faster than my old range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the induction stovetop. It is easy to clean versus our older stove. And the oven works well also. It also gives more control over the heat. It can be a little challenging to find the right spot to place the pot, but I just need to be attentive to that and it is not a big problem.ut perhaps Bosch can work on making that easier. This range has slightly less depth than other ranges I saw, which was great for us because it fit in nicely to replace my drop-in range. It looks very cool also. The overlap is great for keeping crumbs from falling down the side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is great except that the burner layout is too cramped by not being in the corners and the small burners are too small. I also find the controls for the cooktop to be a bit hard to activate with pressure. I would prefer an up/down control for each burner independently rather than the way they have designed this with one level selector and having to first select the burner to change the level on. Oven features are great and well thought out but I would not recommend this to a friend based on the cooktop design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several Bosch appliances and have always found them well designed and durable. Sadly the 800 series induction range has a major flaw in the burner design and layout. The small burners are too small to evenly heat anything but very small pots and the large burners are too close together making it hard to cook with larger pots. There is a big empty space on the back right side where one of the larger burners should be. If I could return the unit after 6 days of use I would as now I am stuck with an expensive range that I don’t like. I kick myself for trusting Bosch to get this right like they did with the dual fuel range we replaced with this model but now I know they make some serious design errors from time to time. Don’t buy this range unless you cook all in small pots and pans.

It is a very good quality piece of kitchen equipment. The controls are easy to understand and the timer functions are comprehensive. The fact that the cooking surface doesn't get unduly hot is a great safety feature. The adjustment in heating level is instant, giving the cook control. The side overlapping glass top feature is also great, I recommend sealing the edges with silicone caulk to prevent food particles etc. from migrating underneath. The only missing piece is the splash back, given the high price tag this should have been included and it is the finishing touch

The main circuit board crapped out after warranty and is ~ $1000 to repair. Bosch rated the stove to last 10 years but is not willing to give any financial break for the cost of the repair. The company's policy is to expect repairs.

Delivered and installed on 11/2/2021. Tried to use the temperature probe on 11/24/2021 and an E122 error occurred. Informed by Bosch that the control panel is defective. Very disappointed.

This review format is awful, allowing maybe 2 sentences. But the induction is amazing, easy to completely clean, timer, instant heat adjustment, fast, love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first induction range and although it took a few days to get accustomed to the change from our old electric range we are very happy with our purchase. The range is beautiful, operate flawlessly and is very quiet.

Excellent product so far! The controls are very intuitive. It fit my space seamlessly and looks sleek. If you cook a lot, you have to make sure your the surface and pots/pans are clean. If you don’t, that’s a sure way to scratch the glass. Along with sliding a pan or pot across the surface, too.

Build quality is great. Design of induction burners placement is sort of a pain. Turning off the oven every time I cook because I bump it is infuriating. It won't let me lock the oven keypad while cooking. Hence the 3 stars. For the premium price I expected a better user experience. Also, they hide the fact that it does not include a roller shelf for the oven (only 3 standard wire shelves) even though it is always shown with the $335 extra roller shelf. Know this going in because I didn't (the roller shelf was a key selling point to me).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bosch induction range with all it's features. As a previous owner of three JennAire ranges my Bosch range out performs all of them. The surface is easy to keep clean and I especially like the convection roast/bake feature of my oven. I would highly recommend this Bosch induction range. Because I installed this range in a kitchen island I also installed a Broan Cattura downdraft vent which pairs perfectly with my slide in range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this oven for a second home. Our first home has aGE induction cooktop that we love. Burners do not seem as responsive on the Bosch. Design of surface makes it difficult to find the burner area. Maluntion have occurred. Oven is running about 50 degrees cold. Because it is a second home, we cannot receive service for four months. Our first month of ownership was a dismal disappointment.

Amazing, cooks so well, so fast. Worth every penny

This works well but ergonomically, it is designed by people who have no clue about cooking. 1. Too many steps to control the heat between burners. 2. Turning one burner off or even lowering the heat while keeping the others on requires touching the specific. burner's button then holding it while it goes down to 0, all this while keeping an eye on the pots on the other burners. 3. Wiping the cooktop on one side while a burner in another side is on turns everything off. I've done this time and again. I just threw mine away after three years of frustration and bought a Samsung instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this induction range as part of a larger kitchen remodel and have not regretted the choice for a moment. So many useful features to explore and easy to keep clean. Our single complaint is the alignment of burners - the largest burner crowds the surrounding burners - and we wish there were 2 medium burners instead of 2 small burners. The induction burners are amazing and more responsive than our old gas stove. We like the safety features as well which will enable us to better age in place.

We recently purchased this oven. Unfortunately, we did not know that when in use it continuously blows a two feet wide stream of hot air from the vent just above the front door. When the oven has reached 400 F, the air it ejects is not burning hot but very warm. We live in Phoenix where an oven includes a fan driven room heater is not a desirable feature. It is unpleasant to stand in front of the oven and it produces enough exhaust heat to warm a small room. The oven it replaced did not do this. We spoke to the Boch service center and they indicated this is normal. We are writing this to warn other potential purchasers
